Perflib prblems

I spent the last 2 days trying to solve this error on a new proliant running W2K server. I can't find a solution that works.

I don't know what else to do....

We have the same issues with Perflib. there is also a tech note from HP on it that says that SSD 6.0 and above broke the perlib functions in W2k SP2 and SP3. We're waiting for a fix from HP.
