Perfect positioning

Is it possible to align something on a page so it matches up no matter what size screen you have? Can you take a look at [

] ? If you set your window size to 1074x768 you'll see how I want to line things up. But as you can see, this only works on THAT size screen, how can I make the text boxes get themselves in the corners of that picture in ANY window size?

Looks fine to me regardless of the resolution, so long as I don't squish my browser so much that it's skinnier than your pictures. Or am I missing your point completely?
