Percentages

I have a report that has two columns. 1 is request date, other is completed date. I need to know what Percent are complete for each group. I am grouping on a couple of levels. eg, dept and store.

Can anyone tell me how to work out a % for each group in order that i can find out what the completion rate is for each of these groups at each roll up level.

the problem i am having is that when i try and calculate, the sum that is total is total records, not total for that specific group.

The difference between report total and total per group is Sum({Amount},{GroupName}).

The condition in bold is what you need to add to specify group level.
