Percentage report

I am creating a group of reports that calculate the percentages for number of good out of number checked. My problem is how can I get the report to be correct if one of the checks is left blank. I am basing my calculations by counting the time field. This field is a constant when the data is entered. The other fields may not always be populated, but I still need to be able to figure out the percentage whether the field is populated or not. If it is not populated I don't want it even considered in the percentage.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this.
