What are the command to show the percentage of RAM used and free in AIX?

svmon indicate the information about virtual memory but i want to see the physical memory in the server.

topas shows you percentages used, and nmon will give more info (m option).

try logging to the server and issue wsm, then go the overview section!

This will give you a very high-level usage of RAM
