Percentage of Count

I am currently training, and have been shown a crosstab with a percentage of count as a summary. It seems obvious but how do I get decimal places. Increasing decimals does not work.

right click on the filed and choose format filed,

you should get a list of options and a customize button, from there you can choose how many decimal places you want

Are you using v9?
I beleieve this is where %ages were 1st introduced in crosstabs. If I remember correctly (which is more difficult every year), you are unable to add decimals to the %ages. This may have been fixed with a Service Pack or Monthly Hot-Fix.
