Calculating Percentage change in crystal:

I have for period 08

YTD'10 YTD'09 %change
2,572,771 2,987,194 -13.9%

Could anyone please tell me how to calculate this in crystal.

I did thisyear-lastyear/lastyear but no luck. I know its very simple but i am using new to crystal. Thanks in advance

Are you showing group results? Or grand total results? What was the exact formula you tried?

Thanks for your response! I did acheived the result for the report that i am working is top n customers ytd where n is 25. I would need another advice in creating parameters
I would need to use territory code, fiscal year, period as parameters but using sql query i used add command option in crystal and its prompting only to hard coded value in sql even i defined a new parameters in crystal and referenced it as needed in selection formulae.

I want to know how these parameters will work when i hit F5 inmy case i want territory code, fiscal year and period has to be prompted.

I'm having some trouble following this, but if you are using a command, you should be creating the parameters within the command (on the right) and also building the selection based on those parameters directly in the command.
