Percentage Cache Size instead of Fixed

In IE4 you had the option of setting your cache as a percentage of space you had left on your hard drive. Typically, I had mine set at 4 - 5% of the free space. However, with IE5 and above, it seems you have to set it at a fixed amount of Megabytes. Is there any way to get IE5 to go by percentage as well???
