PERC II - RAID 5 - Add Drives ?

Raid 5 - 4x72GB
Dell Open Manage Array Manager for configuration

I want to add 4 drives to this array. I have seen several different ways to do this out there. But I always get good info here. Does anyone have a tried and true way to add these drives w/o losing my data.
