I've recently got a warning in my event viewer about the battery being low on my controller. But when i right click on the controller, the battery says okay and the recondition button is grayed out. Do i have to wait for the battery go quit before i can recondition or is there so other way that i can do it? Or is there a physical battery i have to change out?

Have you rebooted(can you reboot) and go into the embedded Dell Diagnostics to check the condition of the battery? It is a physical battery that does require replacement after 3 ~ 6 years, Ours was replaced at 4.5 years old

Thanks for the Info Drew, I've found out that sometimes it gives a false battery low in my eventlog. I found out that my Firmware wasn't up to par and have to download a lot of new drivers and firmware to make the problem go away.
