PERC 3/Di Controller 0 , battery low.?

We have a PE 2650 and have recently found PERC 3/Di Controller 0(AFAO) Degraded, I checked the eetn log for a more detailed explanation and the most recent entry is from 4/23 and states PERC 3/Di Controller 0 , battery low. Can anyone enlighten me to what might be the cause of this problem and a possible solution?

You need to recondition the battery - if you look at the device through array manager, one of the tabs has a 'recondition' button on it. Not advised during business hours I believe! I normally start ours just before the close of business (to make sure it doesn't error soon after starting), and when I come in the next day it's done.
