We have a Call Pilot with release 2.02 software and was wondering if it is recommended to upgrade the CP Manager to the 4.0 PEPS Manager. The PEPS that came with my original software has a earlier CP Manager with it and should I upgrade to the newer version?
It is advised to update the call manager to the current release. The latest doesn't seem to be much different, but, the system does respond faster. Be sure you are ONLY updating Call Manager.
