PEOpenPrintJob error

When trying to run a crystal report from within Peoplesoft we are getting the following error. Does anyone have any ideas??

Hi, ED75.

We are receiving this same error on one particular crystal report (APY2021) for certain conditions, but it works successfully on others. So I was wondering, if you found the solution to this issue.
