Not sure if this is the right place, but has anyone ever had any issues with the "cut and paste" functionality of a PC running a Pentium 4 processor? We are running a maintenance tracking software program called MP2 or the latest version is called 7i. It also uses Oracle. Well, the problem that we are having is that anytime we try to cut an object from outside of 7i and bring it in to paste within 7i, it pastes the last thing that was cut from within 7i. Yet, if you go back into another application i.e. MS Word, it will paste what you want. What you cut from 7i pastes in 7i, and what you cut elsewhere pastes elsewhere. Basically, it seems like this program has its own clipboard, separate from Windows (XP & 2k). But the real kicker is that if you perform these operations on a Pentium III or Celeron, etc., the operation is successful. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
