Pentium 4 and SCO Openserver 5.0.6j

I have just installed SCO Openserver 5.0.6j on a new Pentium 4 computer. (pc clone) The problem I am having is when running a program called BLAST to do a file transfer it will not run the whole script file. Everthing worked fine up until the faster machine. All programs are the newest versions. I noticed on the SCO site that there is a supplement for using a Pentium 4 but I can't seem to find out if it is already included in the version I have. Does anyone have any idea? or any suggestions on what else could be wrong?

Any help would be very much appreciated :)
