Either delete each item individually by right-clicking on the item and selecting delete, or use the Auto-Update feature from the Activity List to delete many at once. This is only available since GoldMine 6.x
To do this press F6, Click on the Open Tab, make sure you are viewing just the activities that you wish to delete by right-clicking and setting the filter and date range options. Then right-click, select Options > Auto Update. This will display the Auto-UPdate activities dialogue, select the Option 'Delete ALL of the activities currently displayed'. Click ok to delete the displayed items.
