PELPI TSE 3.2

I have TSE 3.2 PELPI is not working with IP phone. locally it is working but it is not working external felloew me. But digital number and analog number are working with CDINI to local number as well as external number mean (other PABX).Please any body can advise what is problem.

Set bit 1 in CDIV to 1 -> 10910000, then it should work.

GESPC:CSP=4,CDIV= 10910000; - but it will work for all users having CSP=4.
