PEExportTo : Missing or out-of-date export DLL. - fix doesn't work

Seagate Info7

Scheduling html to a disk file (or anywhere) I get the above error message. According to the Crystaldecisions knowledge base its just a case of renaming/ re-installing the U2fcr.dll file but we've tried this and it isn't working. Any suggestions?

Also while we're at it does anyone know why this happens? I was trucking along quite nicely scheduling html for months and then "bingo", I get this problem out of the blue.
