Peer to Peer Communication Over DSL with in the Same VLAN

I am having a trouble while accessing another peer device on my DSLAM. I have configured n:1 service with the Same VLAN Service ID and trying to run a Transparent LAN Service, but my IP-DSLAM doesn't allowed to communcate two Subscriber Units with each other. They can access eatch other through different VLAN ID but when runnign on a same Vlan it doesn't allowd. I need to configure them in a Same VLAN. Can some one help me, How to configure this scnerio.
