Peer to Peer CCIS site grabbing PRI trunk from main site sending wrong caller id for remote site
Where do I program the caller id for the remote site to send out the caller id for outbound calls?

Possibly MB 21-13 on a SV8100/9100 + SL1100/2100
What system is it?

On a 8500/9500 use ACPNCL at the main site with the PRI, if you just want to send the main number of the office for the site and all extension start with the same digit it would look like this -

OG RT - XX where XX is your PRI Route
RCPN - Y Where Y is the first digit of your extensions
SKIP - 4 4 if your extension are 4 digits
ADD 10 To send your ten digit number
ACPN 2223334444 - this would be the caller ID sent out.

Otherwise by adding more digits to RCPN you can break it down all the way to the individual extension and not skip any and add 6 and just enter the NPA-NXX for DID numbers.

CMD 5005 + 1213. In 5005 you designate the phone number, in 1213 you point the phone to the table used in 5005.
