Peak Usage Report

Hi All,
We have 4 CS 1000M & 1 CS 1000E in our enterprise. We are looking at SIP to the Carrier and I am wondering what's the best tool/method to figure out peak number of calls (inbound/outbound)for each system by day, week & month. We currently send all our CDR to a third party source would the CDR reports be my best option? If there are any other methods or tools I can use I would appreciate the info. Thank you.

Talk with your telco. Typically part of their service is to give you reports on useage at least once a year. Tell them what you need, the worst thing they can say is no!
