peachtree premium accounting for construction 2006 problem

when we try access to the software , it appear message as below :
'Unable to determine security privileges.Please retry later.This is probably due to another user temporarily blocking access to critical file'
I really need help.We already tried many ways , but still we can't access the database .
But at the same time , other destination which is use the same software database we can access.Except the primary which is we use daily for our accounting record.
For info , this primary database have 3 person allowed to access with individual password setting.
 
Usually the "unable to determine security privileges" is caused when Peachtree is shut down abnormally. The usual resolution is to send in your data for repair. You can try re-booting your server, first or restoring a "good" backup before the error occurred. The only other resolution is data repair.
