Peachtree on Samba

Anyone have experienced a problem with Win2K on Peachtree 2002? Get lots of program errors when data is on Samba, but when I copy data locally, or to another Win2K PC, problem gone. I was thinking of turning off Oplocks on Samba Peachtree share, wondering if any other suggestions out there?
