I'm attempting to re-import my peachtree data into PT 2006 from PT 2004 from a fail hard drive. I did have backup files but they seem to be corrupt. Each time I try to restore any of them it pops up with a message saying they are invalid formates. I think it is quicken or Quick books that has the one data file that holds all the company info and each time something is changed that file changes. Is there a file like this in Peachtree?

In advance thanks for you help.

Not quite, but most of the data is in 2 files. Backups are essential as when this data gets corrupt it is very hard to repair.
