PE750 Network Load Balancing on the Intel gigabit cards

We have come across a problem, which we are struggling to resolve, and was wondering if anyone else had found a solution.

We have a Poweredge 750 server, running our intranet web server with 2 Intel Pro 1Gig cards installed in them. They are set up to be in an Adaptive load balancing team. All has been working well until we plugged it into the Baystack 5520.

When we did this the server would intermitantly drop off the network, for minutes at a time, then reappear, and stay connected for a few minutes, and then disapear again.

We have a similar set up on another server, but using 100mb cards, and this one works fine.

We have set the cards and the switch ports to be non-auto negotiate, at various speeds between 1gb and 10mb, full and half duplex, but one of it solves the problem.

We have also changed the cards into a fault tollerance team, and this solves the problem, but then causes performance issues.

Any help would be appreciated/
