Hi,

I wanted to ask if someone knew where can I download the manual or guide that has the meridian 1 pointers with the procedures on clearing TN and DN corruption.

Thanks

I don't know that the info was ever published outside of Nortel. I'm sure someone has it, but I personally wouldn't try to fix a corruption issue myself on any system that I didnt have a known good, current, uncorrupted backup for or was otherwise prepared to rebuild from the ground up. Manufacturer support is the best bet for those issues.

I have the guide. It's sometimes difficult to follow, but I've used it to clear a number of problems in the past.

For the 11c systems, I find it's easier to do a reboot first to see if that clears the problem.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

There is a copy of the users guide on the net, but I dont remember that it showed anything to help with corruption

I've cleared dn-tn corruption once and that was enough for me. I'll let Avaya take care of it.

What makes you think you have corruption, if you don't mind me asking?
