pdoxwork.ini could not be created

Getting error message when launching Paradox 4.5. The *.exe file is on the Office network. They are able to open and use the program, but the following error message shows up behind the program:

"File X:\pdoxwin\pdoxwork.ini could not be created" troy_underwood@owfg.com

Check the properties of the PDOXWORK.INI file in the working directory. It's either reafonly or the end-user doesn't have rights to create a file in that directory (e.g. it _might_ be on a CR-ROM drive).
