We recently upgraded our TDE600 to NS1000 (with an NSX2000 at our main site).
In the past, our phone were set up so that we had 2 PDN buttons on each phone. If a user was on a PDN call, and another call came in, it would ring the next PDN button.
So the user could either ignore the call or let it go to voice mail.
With the new NS1000, the "busy" calls go right to voice mail. If I remove 1900 (voice mail) from the Intercept Destination/Busy table, then if someone calls while the user is already on a call, it will busy-out.
Can anyone assist me in bringing back the "rollover" functionality?
