PDM image?

When I look at cisco's PDM installation, it says that you need to hyperterm to the firewall to install the actual PDM and then use TFTP to install the PDM image. Does that sound right, I'm trying to install it through the TFTP server and I'm getting and unspecified error each time.

The following command will upload and install the PDM image. It can be done from a telnet or ssh session. Noe need to have the console cable hooked up:
copy tftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/pdm-301.bin flashdm
