PDFs in GoLive CS2

I received a number of PDFs in emails. I dragged them to the site. Some uploaded fine, but, others did not and the following message appeared: 'Could not upload file "BIA Application Form.pdf" The following operations were performed: Upload Succeed: 0 Failed: 1' It baffles me as some worked. I had them all sent to me again and I went through the same procedure, as I thought some might have, somehow, gotten corrupted in transmission. Still no luck. I've spent a lot of time trying to find the answer, but, no luck so far. I'd sure appreciate advice on how to finish loading the PDFs successfully.

Is "BIA Application Form.pdf" the only one with spaces in the filename?

Thanks for your reply, Dan. No, all of the pdf's have spaces. I should have recognized that right away as a potential problem. Perhaps, it is a problem with those that don't work, but, 5 work (and 9 don't). I DO see that the 5 that work have much shorter names than the 9 that don't - I don't know if that could just be coincidental or is relevant. I need to leave right now, but, upon my return, will save them with no spaces, shorten the names and see if that helps. I'll post an update after that- it'll be several hours before I can do that.

Dan, your query about spaces between words in the file names was a good one. While they ALL had spaces, some files worked and some didn't, as mentioned above. But, that got me to thinking about the LENGTH of file names - those short ones worked. I changed all those not working to short file names and that worked. I should have known that or figured it out some time ago. A big lesson learned. Thanks very much for your assistance!
