Which Adobe-compliant method would you recommend...

1. Choose "Acrobat Distiller" PPD in Quark's Page Setup dialog. Choose any PostScript printer in the Mac's Page Setup dialog (thru Quark's "Page Setup" button). Print the layout to a PostScript file. Distill.

2. Choose "AdobePS" in the Chooser. Choose "Acrobat Distiller" PPD in Quark's Page Setup dialog. Choose "Create Adobe PDF" or "Virtual Printer" in the Mac's Page Setup dialog (thru Quark's "Page Setup" button). Print the layout directly to PDF.

...and why am I not seeing "Create Adobe PDF" or "Virtual Printer" as options in method 1, above?
