I am able to print a PDF file through my AccessXP form but every time I go to print the file the save as box appears and you are prompted to enter a file name. Is there any VB code that I can use in my code that I already have for printing in order to have the file path and name already set so that the save as box does not appear and the PDF will be created and saved automatically?? I tried using the SaveSettings function in Access but it is not putting the PDFFilename in the proper folder for me. Any other suggestions? any help would be greatly appreciated....thank you
