Hi. I had to remove pdfFactory from my Citrix server recently, and now I'm trying to reinstall it. I'm sure this is related to the whole M: and N: drive assignments that Citrix uses, but when I run the pdfFactory install, I get the following error:

"pdfFactory cannot be installed, because your system PATH variable is set incorrectly. Would you like Setup to correct this problem for you? You will then need to restart your computer and run Setup again."

I answered no to this, since I didn't want the server rebooting in the middle of the day, but is this error normal? How should I proceed? My Citrix users are really going to need to use pdfFactory soon. Thanks,

If you can login to the console (physically or via a tool like vnc or pcAnywhere where you are REALLY interacting with the console) you can try performing a net use and mapping "M" to "C"

net use C: \\servername\m$

do this temporarily -- install the software -- reverse the net use C: /DELETE

You could try this via an RDP session but the system may be unstable during the time in which the C drive is mapped (try to have users log out first)
