pdf with blled?

I cant quite figure how to export my project from Pagemaker as a pdf with a bleed. I look at all the advaced pdf settings and distiller and no matter what I do the bleed is not there. Any ideas?

Set up a page size 1" greater than your original, and make sure you select printer's marks and center on page in the paper settings section of distiller. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
