Does anyone know where I can find a PDF version of the book of error codes (ERR, SCH...)?

The most current NTP's can always be downloaded directly from the Nortel web site. You will need to register, but in doing so you can set email alerts to notify you when new information is posted.

As a reaction to THEFLETCH, I tried to search loads of stuff on the Nortel-site. Sometimes I had to register on all kinds of third-party sites to get access and even after that it did not work. I think the Nortel-site is not very user-friendly for an end-user to find solutions. I'd rather search this forum than look for the right documentation. Hopefully Nortel will change it.

No hard feelings...

I will agree that the web has been lacking, but there have been lots of improvements recently, and notification by email features have been added. Is it perfect? Not yet, it has a long way to go, but there are teams working on it to make it better.

Although there are folks monitoring the public forums, if you direct your comments to the folks that monitor the web feedback, your voices will be heard.

No hard feelings taken! Thanks for the input.
