PDF to Crystal Reports

I want to recreate a form design from a .pdf file , in crystal reports. I tried to import the form into crystal reports but it remains static. I am unable to map any database fields to the form. Will appreciate a reply.

None of the versions of Crystal I've used can do that. You'd have to create it from scratch in Crystal and print it to compare it to the original and adjust as needed.
