We are exporting to PDF files from Info and then get emailed to users. There is no problem with the exporting, but when the email recipient opens the file, the PDF files will appear cut off on one side (numbers are truncated) when the user opens the attachment. Everything is readable and looks good, just the right ends of some the numbers are truncated. We think this is due to having different versions of Acrobat. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks.

Are you saying only some of the users experience this?

Have them send you back a PDF, is it cut off?

I'd guess that this might be related to the fonts/formatting used, or the printer driver used when exporting from Crystal, and that all users see the same thing, regardless of their version of Acrobat.
