PDF Printer on Citrix XP

Hello People

I am having a strange problem regarding pdf printers on Citrix Metaframe xp

User has 2 pdfs printers on his computer : Adobe Distiler PS and PDF Printer

Scenarios :

Using PDF Printer and Adobe Distiler PS drivers

a) When user prints a document using Adobe Distiler PS.. the program didn't ask where to save the document

b) When user prints a document using PDF Printer the program asks where to save the PDF , everything seems to work fine but... the file is being created with 0k

Using Univeral Drive

Strange.. really Strange.....

When there is no Adobe Distiler PS on Citrix Server the user map his Adobe Distiler PS using HP ColorLaserjet 4500

And the PDF File is being created... the only problem is that this file is being created without colors ( B/W )

Question :

What I need to do .. to print a COLOR PDF.
