I created a 13-page document in PageMaker, then exported it to a PDF. On screen all 13 pages of the PDF look great, but when I print it, the last 4-1/2 pages print as blank pages. It's weird because it cuts off half of a full page graphic, then the following 4 pages are all blank. Any ideas??

I second jimoblak's answer.. more than likely that is it. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
