PDF print - illegal operation error - pdf995

I am getting an illegal operation error when I try to print a pdf file from the web site I created. The file opens in Acrobat Reader without a problem, but when I try to print it the error comes up (Acrord32).

I used a free program called pdf995 to create pdf files from word documents. I only had 9 files to do so didnt want to purchase Adobe writer.

Please Help :)
