Thought I might pass on the solution if anyone encounters the same issue in future.

In order to fix the PDF orientation to Landscape, I had to Go to Printer Settings and right click on Create PDF file. Here the default for my printer was Portrait. I had
to change it to landscape and restart my PC. Now both report formats have a landscape Orientation.

Makes no sense to me. Do you mean that you went into the Printer Settings from the OS, or Crystal?

Is there a printer settings within Crystal (Printer Setup)?

From within most Windows OS's you'll have Settings->Printer, or Control Panel->Printers. Perhaps you meant that?

I don't have any such choices that I'm aware of.

When posting a helpful hint, please try including technical information, at bare minimum the version of Crystal and the steps required, using real terms, to produce the problem and it's resolution.

Also note that you can change the type of posting using the lightbulb icon to a Helpful Tip.
