PDF only does one page of a multiple page document

When I "print" a file to Acrobat Distiller to create a pdf file, it only creates the first page only, even if there are several pages. What am I doing wrong? I select, File, Print and select Adobe Distiller. Normally, this results in a save as window appearing, asking me where to save the file.

But, the last time I tried this, I didn't get the window - it just saved it to c:\programs\adobe\acrobat\pdf output. Ok. I could live with that, but when I open the file, it is only the first page.

When you print to file, are you sure you have the 'Print all pages' option selected, and not just 'current page' or 'page range 1' in your printer settings?
