We have G5 with OS 10.3, MS Office 2004 and Adobe Creative Suite premium. before updating Acrobat pro 6 to 6.0.1, we were unable to use the Create PDF option from Word. However after updating it ot 6.0.1 and 6.0.2, consecutivley, the Create PDF option become functional, except for one problem. The progress bar on the PDF maker dialog box would run almost to the end and hang. We have let it stay running all night and found it at the same state the next morning. After closing the dialog box manuall, we saw the PDF file created on the desktop, and it appeared to be a good PDF file. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the hanging dialog box problem?
