pdf links are not working

I believe this is easy question.

I am exporting Microsoft word document into PDF file.

Everything is fine except that Hyperlinks from Word don't get exported to PDF. In PDF links look as regular internet links, but they are not clickable. Just simple text.

Started having this problem when my company decided to "improve" our computers to XP. Before with W2000 I didn't have any problems.
