One method is to select the Print To File option in the Print Dialogue. This creates a postscript file. You then need an application such as Acrobat Distiller to convert this file to PDF.

The only other way is as benjamenus says is to buy software such as Acrobat to do this. But why spend £160 when you can get it for free I say.
