PDF Forms for Pocket PC

Hi,
i'm looking for a way of creating editable pdf forms that can be filled out and saved with the Acrobat Reader on the PocketPc - and generally on all available Plattforms. Problem is that the Reader will not save the forms with the data. I am aware of the "Document Server for Reader Extensions" offered by Adobe, but i'm looking for a more "simple" solution.

Any Thoughts?
