I am currently having a problem when trying to open PDF files through internet explorer. If for example i click the link of the pdf file it then starts downloading within internet explorer but then stops downloading half way through. Example file is 6.51 meg downloads 3.6 meg then stops, this does this at different stages depending upon size of file. If i click the link to save as rather than open it works fine, my problem is i have a application that needs to open it within the browser. i am running Adobe Reader 8.1.2, IE 7. I have also tried re-installing the applications, removing and reinstalling adobe active x but still the same. I have also checked security settings and all appears find, any help would be much welcomed.

Thanks

Hi,

Sorry I don't have a solution but this is something I've found as well. It has done it with all versions that we've used here including 9 pro.

What we get isn't a total stall but a hang of 60+ seconds.

If you do find a solution elsewhere please let me know here.

Thanks.
