You'll have to have either the full version of Adobe Acrobat, or some other tool that can create PDF files.
If you do have the full version, one of the tools that comes with it is the "Acrobat Distiller", which is a pseudo printer device. If you open your Access report and "print" it to the Distiller, it will create a pdf of your report where you tell it to.
There are other, cheaper tools available that will also provide the functionality you are wanting. CutePDF Writer, which is free, comes to mind...
