Some of our users when opening particular PDF files are unable to see the contents of the file. Acrobat reader opens but they merely see a blank page. They are able to open other PDF's successfully. Others are able to view the same documents fine. There is no correalation between those with the problem and the operating system or version of Acrobat they are using. The user with the main problem is using W98 and Acrobat v5.1. Acrobat has been upgraded/reinstalled to try and resolve.
