PDF file doesn't open with web browser with Adode acrobat7

Open any PDF with a web browser or web link and the file opens for 2-3 seconds then adobe acrobat 7 shuts down and closes the link.
I can open PDF anywhere on the local computer on any harddrive with no issues at all.
I can open the pdf file that I was trying to open via web by looking in the Temporary Internet files folder with no issues either.
this is a real PAIN.
hope you guys have the fix.
